Mise à l'eau sur un plateau rocheux qui permet des profils d'immersion variés entre 5 et 20 mètres 🤿, avant qu'un canyon nous entraîne vers un tombant vertigineux jusqu'à 45 mètres, tapissé de gorgones pourpres et survolé par des nuées de castagnoles, avec des tas de barracudas et de mérous, des murènes, congres et mostelles planqués dans les failles. Cerise sur le gâteau, un banc de bonites a déboulé à pleine vitesse sur le plateau de Boulègne, entre l'îlot et l'île Plane, une rencontre pélagique rare qui a clôturé la plongée en beauté. We dropped in on a rocky plateau offering flexible dive profiles between 5 and 20 metres 🤿, before a canyon led us to a steep drop off plunging to 45 metres, draped in purple gorgonians and swarming with damselfish, along with plenty of barracuda and grouper, plus moray eels, conger eels and forkbeards hiding in the crevices. The icing on the cake was a shoal of bonito tearing across the Boulègne plateau, between the islet and Plane island, at full speed, a rare pelagic encounter that capped off the dive perfectly.
